Laser cutting delivers precise, custom-shaped metal components—from gear-style sprockets, flat circular washers to four-lobed special flanges seen in our workshop samples. However, one unavoidable downside of laser cutting is sharp burrs, rough edge slag, oxidation rust, and uneven surface textures left on workpieces. These defects not only hurt product aesthetics but also create safety hazards during handling, assembly, and end-use.
